To better meet the complete needs of the families we serve, Baue offers catering services for private family dining, memorial gatherings, after-service receptions, and at other times as needed. We also offer catering in other locations (see below) and hostess services.
We have two tastefully designed Family Reception & Dining Centers.
 Our St. Charles Family Reception & Dining Center has a maximum seating of 42. It is located next door to our St. Charles Funeral Home at the historic Powell Home, 608 Jefferson Street. Call 636-946-7811 for more information.

 Our Reception & Dining Center located in our Funeral and Memorial Center at Cave Springs comfortably seats 60. It is located at our Funeral & Memorial Center, I-70 at Cave Springs at St. Charles Memorial Gardens. Call 636-940-1000 for more information.

Family Lounge Catering Services
Many families feel they cannot leave once visitation has started. Our sandwich trays offer a variety of choices and allow your family to remain together and eat at their leisure.
Church Catering
Many Churches in our area provide full funeral lunches, others may only provide facilities and you bring the food. We offer the following options and our caterer will assist the church volunteers with any food services and cleanup needed. We will be happy to reserve and secure your luncheon with the church as well.
In-home Catering
Many families wish to offer a reception in their home, but do not wish to cook, serve and cleanup. We offer a hostess who can attend to your home as a security measure before the funeral, and our caterer arrives while you are attending the service and will have the food ready when you arrive, as well as stays for cleanup.
Outdoor Picnics
During nice weather, many families choose to serve their funeral luncheons out of doors. We offer a variety of catering services that may include tents, chairs & tables or if you prefer we can arrange for a pavilion rental at a local park. | |
