Beloved wife of the late Gary Keely; cherished daughter of the late Ralph and Lillian Jacobsen; devoted mother of Dawn (Paul) Lammert, Denise (Dennie) Meyerotto, Debbie (Joe) Droege, and Dane (Joy) Keely; dear sister of Ralph (Sally) Jacobsen, Jr., Bill (Doris) Jacobsen, Patricia (Brian) Ochs, and the late Ann (Don survives) Dickherber, Dorothy (Jim) Siller, Rudy Jacobsen, and John Jacobsen. Mary Lou was a lifelong resident of St. Charles and was a longtime parishioner of St. Peter Catholic Church. She was a very social person and loved to do things with her girlfriends. She enjoyed shopping, especially at thrift stores and garage sales. She also loved to bake, and she had a special fondness for Missouri’s beautiful red Cardinal birds. Nothing gave Mary Lou as much joy though, as spending time with her beloved family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mary Lou’s honor to the
Alzheimer's Association.
