Meyer, Carole F., (nee: Frick), of St. Charles, MO, died on Saturday, July 23, 2016, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of 52 years to Donald E. Meyer; cherished daughter of the late Clarence and Wilhelmina “Min” Frick; devoted mother of Douglas (Rebecca) Meyer and Bradley (Laura) Meyer; loving grandmother of Aidan Meyer, Anna Meyer, Joel Meyer, and Charles Meyer; treasured sister of Susan (Bill) Meyers; dear sister-in-law of Rev. Gordon Gross and Robert (Jean) Meyer; loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Carole was also preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Gross.
Carole was a devoted member of St. John United Church of Christ in St. Charles, MO for many years. She was also an active member of the Piker’s Club Auxiliary. Carole and her husband Don shared a partnership in life and their real estate business, Meyer Real Estate, for 52 years. Carole found many activities in her life that brought her great joy. She loved playing bridge and tennis, traveling with her husband, and tending to her beautiful flowers. What brought her the most happiness in life was attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and enjoying Sunday evening dinners with her loving family. Carole was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ, Salvation Army, or the American Red Cross.
