Charles “Kel” Kelley
June 11, 1938 — February 18, 2016
Kelley, Charles “Kel,” of St. Charles, MO, died on Thursday, February 18, 2016, at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Loena Caroline Kelley; cherished son of the late Vernon and Ruby Kelley; dear brother of Cindy Willis and the late Richard Kelley; loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Charlie was on the Dart Ball team at the St. Charles Moose Lodge Team and in the Dart Ball hall of fame. Charlie enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling, and playing horseshoes. His greatest joy was spending time with his wife, Loena. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorials may be made to the Five Acre Animal Shelter or the St. Charles County Humane Society.
