David Alan Barbier, Sr.

David Alan Barbier, Sr., of Florissant, MO, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 at the age of 79. Loving husband of Eulah M. Barbier; beloved son of the late Clarence and Catherine Barbier; devoted father of David "Dave" (Jean L.) Barbier, Jr. and Sherri Dreyer; cherished grandfather of Brandon (Katie) Dreyer, Ben (Danielle Mezo) Barbier, Dillon (Kathleen) Dreyer, Emily Dreyer, and Austin Miller; treasured great-grandfather of Brooke, Blakely, Karsen, Jaxson, Leighton, and Harlynn; dear brother of Clarence "Bud" (Diane) Barbier, Helen (Edward) Appelbaum, and Judy Morris; brother-in-law of Jim Holterman; and is also survived by nephew, nieces and many cousins. David is also preceded in death by his three sisters, Kathleen Barbier, Jean Duke, and Diane Holterman; and brother-in-law, Henry Morris.

David enjoyed a nice walk. He liked traveling all over the world. Family was very important to David and loved spending time with them. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in David's name to Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
