Edna M. Schrader

Edna M. Schrader of St. Charles, MO, passed Monday, July 9, 2018, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Harold "Hank" Schrader Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Grant H. and Thelma L. Lavy; devoted mother of Dennis D. Schrader, Jerry W. Schrader, Ronald L. (Diane) Schrader, and Jeffrey V. Schrader; loving grandmother of ten; great-grandmother of eight; dear sister of Charles "Buddy" Lavy, and James "Sonny" Lavy; and treasured Aunt, Relative, and Friend to many. Edna was also preceded in death by her step-sons Harold J. Schrader Jr. and Gary Schrader, and sisters Alberta Blair and Bernadine Stonebraker.

Edna dedicated many years to retail before retiring from Wal-Mart. She loved listening to country music, crafting up unique gifts, spending quiet afternoons fishing, and dishing up delicious meals for her family to enjoy. She also liked to visit Branson and take long Sunday drives with the grandchildren. She loved being a grandmother and enjoyed every moment she could with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her kind and caring nature, her great generosity, and her helpful personality. Edna was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
