Frederick L. Phillips
March 9, 1947 — March 29, 2021
Frederick L. Phillips, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, March 29, 2021 at the age of 74. Cherished son of the late Alexander Phillips and Lillie Mae Phillips Harris; dear cousin of Tebell Banks and Dorothy Thomas, other cousins and relatives.
Mr. Phillips was a resident of the Community Living, Inc. Westside House in St. Charles for over 25 years. His housemates and caregivers were his family. He loved going out for a burger anywhere on Saturday night, Steak and Shake and McDonalds being his favorite. Frederick was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Frederick's name to Community Living.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Baue Funeral Homes does require all family members and guests to wear a mask while visiting our facilities. Social distancing is required, and guests should stay at least 6 feet apart. Thank you for your understanding.
