Harold J. Rhoades, Sr.
March 25, 1932 — April 18, 2016
Rhoades, Sr., Harold, of Saint Peters, MO, died Monday, April 18, 2016, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Betty Rhoades; cherished son of the late Charles Rhoades and Ruby Huber; loving stepson of the late Harold "Blackie" Huber; devoted father of Harold (Heather) Rhoades, Jr. and Jannien (Ron) Tucker; treasured grandfather of Adam Tucker, Taylor Tucker, Cooper Rhoades, and Abbey Rhoades. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Charlene Valleroy, Bill Rhoades, and Josephine Rhoades.
Harold proudly served his country in the United States Army, during which time he earned a Purple Heart. In his free time, Harold enjoyed reading, fishing, bowling, and hunting. He most of all loved spending time with his family. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
