Jean G. Schneider (nee Griesenauer), of Chesterfield, MO, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent A. Schneider Jr.; her parents, Fred Edmond and Matilda Catherine Griesenauer; her sister, Margie (Paul) Kister, and brother, Paul F. (Virginia) Griesenauer.
Jean is survived by her children, Vincent (Cindy) Schneider, III, Nancy (Michael) Holloran and Robert Schneider; her grandchildren, Vincent Schneider, IV, Brittany Schneider, Emily Holloran, Gracie (Reed Sahadevan) Holloran and Danielle Schneider; her brothers, Jack (the late Barbara) Griesenauer, Neal Griesenauer, brother-in-law, Dr. Thomas (Joyce) Schneider; and she was a beloved aunt, cousin and very special friend to many.
Jean had a strong faith in god and was a long-time member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She enjoyed being busy and helping others, especially taking care of her family. Her favorite hobbies included playing bingo and she loved to sew. Jean was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Jean's name to Salvation Army Dining Hall, St. Vincent DePaul in care of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church or donor's choice.
To keep everyone safe during this pandemic the family has made the decision to postpone a Memorial Mass until a later date.
