Melton, Jerry J., of Saint Charles, MO, died on Monday, June 1, 2015, at the age of 89. Loving wife of the late William Melton; beloved daughter of the late James O. Groos, Sr. and Alma Gross; devoted mother of the late Gary W. Melton; devoted sister of Jim Groos, Jr., loving sister-in-law of Royce E. Melton; dear aunt of Kelly Zimmerman, Janice Rice, Cookie Stahlschmidt, Mike Whitlock, and Kari Miller; mother-in-law of Jackie Melton; grandmother of Jeff Melton, Gary Melton Jr., J.D. Melton, Shari Lucas, and Teresa Ahlert; also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Jerry was a member of St. Cletus Catholic Church, Senior Cletes, and St. Cletus Quilters.
