Phelps Sr., Jim, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at the age of 66. Dear son the of late Thomas Phelps and Eleanor Phelps; devoted husband of Choctaw Lightfoot Deere Phelps and former wife, Sharon Demster; beloved father of Jim (Lisa) Phelps Jr., Tony (Kobey) Phelps, Dan (Connie) Phelps, Carrie (Greg) Agers, Sabrina Tennant, cherished grandfather of 8. He served 10 years as a reserve officer for the City of St. Charles Police Department and is a member of Agape Word Center. Services: The Family is being served by The Baue Funeral Home, 311 Wood Street, O'Fallon, MO where visitation will be held Sunday, January 27, 2008 4:00-7:00 PM, and Monday, January 28, 2008 9:00-10:00 AM prior to services. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, January 28, 2008. Interment at St. Charles Memorial Gardens 3950 West Clay, St. Charles, Missouri 63301.
