Joan Ebbesmeyer

Ebbesmeyer, Joan, age 82, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Sunday, February 12, 2012 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born August 6, 1929 in St. Charles Missouri to the late Leo and Elsie Sebacher. Married 58 years to Arthur Ebbesmeyer, her partner for life. Joan lived a life exemplified by giving, to her cherished husband and children, her students, her family and friends who meant the world to her, her church and her charities to which she gave generously of time and money. She was caring and loving as well as fun, always leaving people laughing and feeling more positive about life. Joan is survived by her daughters Connie Cantone, Beth Brooks and Arden Green; ten grandchildren Nick, Mike, Beth Anne, Danny, Andrew, Jack, Ben, Brandon, Nathan and Elizabeth; one great grandchild Jack; one sister Mary Sebacher; two brothers Dan and Joe Sebacher. She is preceded in death by her husband Arthur and daughter Dayna Ebbesmeyer, brother Robert Sebacher and sister Phyllis Kneemiller.
