John Pettit

Memorials may be made to MS Society or Masses to St. Barnabas. Pettit, John "Scott", of O' Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at home. Devoted husband of Mary Joan Pettit, dear son of the late John William Pettit and the late Delores Pettit, loving father of Scott (Deborah) Pettit, Phil (Mary) Pettit, Steve (Brenda) Pettit, James (Barbara) Pettit and Cindy (Bruce) Broder, cherished grandfather of Melissa, Doug, Mark, Brittany, Blakely, Amanda, Julie, Jack, Zach, Leslie, Elizabeth, Becky, and Katie, cherished great-grandfather of 3, uncle and friend of many. He is preceded in death by Frank Pettit, Brother. He was employed as a Machinist at McDonnell Douglas for 37 years. He was a member of St. Vincent DePaul, a parish member at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, and Knights of Columbus. He served in the Air Force from 1951-1955.
