Katherine “Kathy” Weirich

Weirich, Kathy (nee: Pratt), of Manchester, MO, died on Friday, March 3, 2017, at the age of 65. Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Tony Weirich; her mother, Dorothy Pratt; her son, Jeff Ursch and his girlfriend Gloria Garcia; her step-daughter, Christine Weirich and her husband Jan Erzberger; her granddaughters, Nicole, Olivia, and Isabel Erzberger; her aunts, Shirley Wentz and Margie Mohr; her sisters, Patricia Frederick and Bonnie "Chris" Hutton and her husband Larry; her niece, Emily Hutton; and her beloved cat, Sophie. She is preceded in death by her father, Ernest Pratt.

Kathy worked as a Grant Administrator for Washington University for over 20 years. In her spare time, she loved to listen to music, her favorites included: The Beatles, Van Morrison, and Michael Bublé. She also enjoyed going to the movies and plays, playing scrabble and traveling. Kathy was a wonderful mom and grandma, who thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent with her children and her granddaughters. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
