Popp; dear brother of the late Keith and Wayne L. Popp; dear son-in-law of Sigurd D. (and the late Dolores E.) Medhus. He was our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and cherished friend. Rev. Popp served as Pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Concordia, MO, Trinity Lutheran Church, Ottumwa, Iowa, St. John Lutheran Church, Champaign, Illinois, as Senior Pastor ar Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Overland, Missouri, and as interim Pastor at Hope Lutheran Church, St. Louis, Missouri, Holy Cross Lutheran Church, St. Louis, Missouri and as Pastor at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended Trinity Lutheran School, Central High School, Cape Girardeau, MO, St. Paul's High School, St. Paul's College, Concordia, Missouri; Concordia College, River Forest, IL and Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri. He taught at Concordia University Wisconsin, St. Louis and Lutheran High School, St. Peters, Missouri.
