Lawrence E. “Larry” Stiles

Lawrence E. “Larry” Stiles, of Dardenne Prairie, MO, passed away Monday, February 27, 2017, at the age of 76. Loving husband of the late Barbara Stiles; beloved son of the late Myron and Grace Stiles; devoted father of Cindy (David) Link and Lisa Stiles; cherished grandfather of Joshua Morrison, Benjamin Morrison, Luke Morrison, and Matt (Heather) Link; treasured great-grandfather of Ethan Link and Hannah Link; dearest brother of James (Betty) Stiles; dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He is also survived by his adored Yorkie, Lillabet. Larry is preceded in death by his siblings, Mary Stiles and Myron Stiles, Jr.

Larry retired as CEO after more than 45 years with Beach Electric Co. He loved playing baseball in his youth, and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He and his wife looked forward to spring training every year in Jupiter, Florida, and they were season ticket holders at Busch Stadium. He enjoyed going out to eat, and treasured the cars he owned. Most of all, Larry loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
