Loretta Ann French

French, Loretta Ann, (nee: McLaughlin) of Kimberling City, MO, died on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at the age of 79. Beloved daughter of the late William and Anna McLaughlin; devoted mother of Brian French, Kevin (Pam) French, Scott (June) French, and the late Sandra Hummel; cherished grandmother of Stephanie (Mark) Smith, Chris Hummel, Brent Hummel, Jena (Tyler) Bishop, Breanna French, Shae French, Blake Ann French, Mackenzia French, and Madisyn French; cherished great-grandmother of eight; loving great-great-grandmother of two; and dear sister of Michelle Schegan and Geraldine Getz. She is preceded in death by her great-granddaughter Braelynn French and Sisters Amy Roesch and Agnes Oblas.




Loretta enjoyed going to church at Our Lady of the Cove in Kimberling City. She went to daily mass and never new a stranger. Loretta loved her family and her dog Buttercup. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
