Harmon, Marlene J. (nee: Cato) of O’Fallon, MO, died on Monday, May 9, 2016, at the age of 84. Loving wife of the late Glenn D. Harmon; beloved daughter of the late Ronald and Dova Cato; devoted mother of Ron (Connie) Harmon, Tom (Nora) Harmon, the late Larry Harmon, and Glenda (Marty) Knittel; cherished grandmother of Jenni (Ken) Cavender, Joe (Kristin) Powers, Cara (Dan) Motooka, Geoff (Sierra) Harmon, Paul Knittel, Stephen (Christine) Harmon, Robbie Harmon, KatieLee Kitchen, Michael Harmon, and Seth Kitchen; treasured great-grandmother of Tyler Gamma, Ben Cavender, Caroline Harmon, Emma Powers, Jack Powers, and Catherine Harmon. She is preceded in death by her son Larry Harmon, her brother Russel Cato, and her longtime companion Daniel McQuitty.
Marlene was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, and she enjoyed dancing. But mostly she enjoyed being with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to thank the staff of NHC-St. Charles for their loving care and friendship.
