Mary Ann Jolly (nee: Smart) of Defiance, Missouri, passed away on Saturday March 31, 2018, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Bob Jolly; cherished daughter of the late Virgil and Mary Smart; devoted mother of Judy (Larry) Jung, Ronald Malson, Virgil Malson and Donald Malson; loving grandmother of Eric A. (Christy) Jung and Joshua (Sabrina) Jung; treasured great-grandmother of Jackson Jung, Ella Jung, Judah Jung, and Isaac Jung; dear sister of Esther (Jim) Mouser.
Mary was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be remembered for her funny and easy going personality, and for her strong, independent spirit. She loved animals passionately, especially dogs and birds. Mary was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
