Mary Delphine “Maridel” Koenig

Mary Delphine 'Maridel' Koenig (nee: DeLargy) of Saint Peters, MO, formerly of Moscow Mills, MO, died Friday, May 15, 2015, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Koenig, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late James and Delphine DeLargy II; devoted mother of Suzanne M. Cross, Deborah (Frank) Neal, Sharon (Bob) Broeckelmann, Raymond Koenig, Jr, Denise (Dan) Hughes, Rosanne Hutchins, Daniel (Monica) Koenig, Mary Jo (Randy) Hoester, and Kristine (Steve) Jewett; loving grandmother of thirty-five; treasured great-grandmother of twelve; dear sister of Jeanne Burke and James (Cindy) DeLargy III. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Maridel was preceded in death by her grandson, Louis Koenig, son-in-law, Rick Cross, daughter-in-law, Linda Koenig, and brother-in-law, William Burke.
Maridel loved gardening, reading, and puzzles. She most of all loved her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Sacred Heart School in Troy, MO.
