Michael Allen Jones

Michael Allen Jones, of Warrenton, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at the age of 68. Loving husband of the late Connie Jones; beloved son of the late Jerry D. and Thelma Jones; devoted father of Matthew J (Heather) Jones, Hannah R (Bertran) Celerino Da Silva, and Sarah E Jones; cherished grandfather of Olivia Jones, Victoria Jones, and Rachel Jones; dear brother of Jerry D. (Nancy) Jones, Jr., David L. Jones, and Vickie J. Jones. Michael is also preceded in death by his daughters in infancy, Tiffanie and Rachel Jones.

Michael was a member of Warrenton Baptist Church, retired minister in the SBC, and retired teacher from St. Louis Public Schools. Always ready to have a conversation and share his knowledge. He enjoyed going to movies, reading, fishing, spending time with his dogs, visiting and playing games with his children and grandchildren. Michael and his late wife, Connie, loved taking long drives and traveling together. Michael was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made in Michael's name to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
