Nancy Fay Willis

Willis, Nancy Fay (nee Cagle), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at the age of 78. Loving wife of the late Floyd Meyer and formerly of the late Gary Brannan; beloved daughter of the late Otis and Nell Cagle; devoted mother of Danny (Ginger) Brannan, Kirk (Rita) Brannan; stepmother of David (Becky Philpott) Meyer, and Don Meyer; cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; dearest sister of Joyce Bruce and Jane (Slick) Miller. Nancy is preceded in death by two brothers, Keeton Cagle and Jim Cagle.

Nancy loved taking care of her plants. She was a member of St. John's UCC and the Women's Auxiliary at the St. Charles V.F.W. Post #2866. Nancy was a loving mother and grandmother and was very strong willed and independent. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
