Welch, Jr., dear daughter of the late Robert F. and Eunice Brown, devoted mother of Phil F. Welch and David E. (Marie) Welch; beloved grandmother of Chad, Corey, Jennifer and Brad (Kim) Welch and Crystal (Scott) Haefner; great-grandmother of 3; dear sister of Deanie Smith and Robert Brown. She is preceded in death by 2 Siblings. Peggy Ann was employed as a Special Ed Clerk.
