Welch, Richard E., of Ozark, Missouri, died on Sunday, July 6, 2014 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Shirley Welch (nee: Baumer); beloved son of the late Howard Everett and Frances Josephine Welch; devoted father of Tonna (Tom Morehead) Welch and Kari (Karl) Johnston; cherished grandfather of Kristen (Tony) Schneider, Erin (Chris) Malotte, Robert (Melissa) Johnston, and Sarah (Todd) Renken; treasured great-grandfather of Bennett Malotte and Ethan Schneider; dear brother of Harvey Welch. He is also a loving cousin, uncle and friend to many. Richard is preceded in death by his siblings Dale Welch and Kaye Dean.
