Richard J. Murphy

Richard Joseph Murphy of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018, at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Judy Murphy; cherished son of the late Joseph and Rose Murphy; devoted father of Debbie (Billy) McIntyre, and Cathy (Mike) Mitulski, and Vicki (Mike) Nilges;  loving grandfather of Kayla (Jeff ) Iler, Mike (Angie) Mitulski, Katie Mitulski, Rich (Tifini ) Batchelder, and Joe (Alicia) Batchelder, treasured great-grandfather of nine; dear brother of Dennis Murphy and Sr. Patricia Rose Murphy; loving nephew of Walter Piwowarczyk.

Richard is also preceded in death by his cherished granddaughter Christy Alexander, brother Joseph Murphy, sister-in-law Lori Murphy, and aunt Pat Piwowarczyk.

Richard was a member of the Trojan's Club since 1981. He was a kind, honest, giving, and selfless soul. Richard enjoyed bowling in his spare time, most importantly he loved spending time with his family. Richard was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be officiated by Fr. Jim Mitulski.
