Richard W. Hartmann

Hartmann, Richard W., of Camdenton, Missouri, died on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the age of 78. Dear husband of 43 years to Jean Hartmann; beloved son of the late August and Magdelina Hartmann; devoted father of Nancy (Kent) Parrish, Linda (Stanford Stewart) Hartmann, Carolyn Simpson, and Steven (Stacey) Hartmann; cherished grandfather of Quentin, Darcy (Kirsten), Auston (Kate), Allan, Ethan, Andrea, and Andrew; dear brother of John Hartmann; He is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his siblings Gus, Fred, Gertrude, Ruth, Norma, Helen, Marty and Bob. Richard served and held many offices in the Christ the King Lutheran Church in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri, he was an advocate of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), and a member of the American Legion of Sunrise Beach. He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) or The Kings Academy/Christ the King Lutheran Church in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri
