Robert Sommer, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at the age of 83. Loving husband of the recently late Carole Sue Sommer; dear son of the late George H. and Roberta E. Sommer; devoted father of Linda (the late Gary) Sinecki, Kathleen (Jo Reeves) Ewing, and Mary (Randy) Johnsen; cherished grandfather of Allison, Jonathan, Kelsey, Kyle, Nick, Mady, and Jack; dear father-in-law of Jay Ewing; dear brother of William "Bill" (Barb) Sommer; loving uncle and friend to many.
