Teresa Diane Helm

Memorials may be given to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in honor of Teresa. Teresa was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Douglas Dwight and the late Virginia Louise Baker. She married Wayne Helm on August 23, 1980 and they became the loving parents of Laura (Jason) Hernke and Matthew Helm; and, proud grandparents of Dustin Hernke. She is survived by her brothers, Todd and Dennis (Patty) Baker. Teresa was a registered nurse for 28 years and was employed by DePaul Health Care Center.
