Wilma M. Brown

Wilma M. Brown, (nee: Rippee) of Appleton City, MO, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Virgil (DEC) R. Brown; cherished daughter of the late Oscar and Vina Rippee. Devoted mother of Terry (Kathleen) Brown; loving grandmother of Michelle (Andrew) Broeckelmann, Kari (Timothy) Emmett; treasured great-grandmother of Halle, Carter, Cooper Parker; dear sister of the late AnnaMae Hammond.

Wilma is originally from Schell City, MO, and spent many years living in St. Charles, MO with her husband Virgil.  A great passion of Virgil and Wilma’s was showing their collector classic 1968 classic Cougar vehicles.  She was a member of Christview Christian Church, St. Charles, Order of the Eastern Star, and retired from Terminal Railroad. Wilma loved her church and her family dearly. Wilma was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
