McElyea; loving father of Barbara (Ray) Weaver and Claudia (Chuck) Umphenour; dear brother of the late Evelyn Ellis and half brother of Fran Baden; grandfather of Scott and Patrick Umphenour, Jonathan, David and Sarah Wilk. Mr. McElyea was a member of American Legion Post 323, Wentzville, Missouri and St. Barnabas Church, O'Fallon, Mis-souri. He retired from McDonnell Douglas after 40 years of service.
