November 18, 1923 — February 2, 2018
Agnes Mary Malter of Bridgeton, MO, passed Friday, February 2, 2018, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late George Malter; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Engel; devoted mother of Richard (Karen) Malter, Ed Malter, Stephen (Lynn) Wayne Malter, and Theresa (Jim) Britt; loving grandmother of Kelly Nevins, Ricky Malter, Kristine Clark, Jonathan Malter, Robyn Mahdara, Kate Lipinski, Michael Britt, Tim Britt, and Jonathan Britt; treasured great-grandmother of seven; and dear sister of twin Helen Frazier and sister of Bernadine Remington. Agnes is also preceded in death by her grandson Christopher Malter and 10 siblings.
Agnes was a longtime member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church and very active with Bridgeton Senior Center. She loved to cook and cater to Seniors in need. She loved making memories with her family and in her spare moments enjoyed sewing. Agnes was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association in Agnes’ memory.
