WEST, Al, Foristell, MO, November 5, 2003 age 68; survived by his former wife and best friend, Shirley Anne West; dear father of Sandra West, Jimmy West, Susie West and Glenda Fisher; brother of Homer, Charles and Roy West, Linda Fritch and Donna Sibbles. Mr. West was a carpenter for 40 years in the construction business and a member of Local 3202 in Warrenton, MO. Memorials may be made to Parkinson Foundation.
