Albert was a veteran of WWII serving in the Atlantic, Pacific, Mediterranean, and Indian Ocean theaters of combat as a Merchant Marine. He was a long time member of Meatcutters Local 88 and the American Legion. Albert was a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church, and throughout his life he was active in numerous church activities. A friend to everyone he met, especially the Sarah Community family. Albert’s great loves were his family, his church, and the St. Louis Cardinals.
