Alfred V. Baruzzini, Sr.

Baruzzini, Alfred V. Sr., of Saint Charles, MO, died on Friday July 17, 2015, at the age of 86. Al was the loving husband of the late Vivian Baruzzini; beloved son of the late Giuseppe and Virginia Baruzzini; devoted father of Claudia (Jim) Niewald, Victor (Kelli) Baruzzini, and Carla (Tim) Cooper; and cherished grandfather of Lindsay (John Frank) Baruzzini, Lauren Baruzzini, Nicolas (Britney Kelley) Baruzzini, Gloria Niewald, Nathanael Cooper, Olivia Cooper, Samuel Cooper, Anna Niewald, and Benjamin Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Al is preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph Baruzzini, Lou Baruzzini, and Gino Baruzzini.
Al proudly served his country in the Unites States Marine Corps during World War II. He also worked for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, before retiring after over 39 years of dedicated work. He was an active member of the CBC Alumni Club, and he enjoyed playing the accordion, cooking and grilling, building model trains, and, most especially, spending quality time with his family. Al will truly be missed by his family and friends.
