Alice Irene DeSantis

DeSantis, Alice Irene (nee: Van Alstine), of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the age of 87. Loving wife of the late Paul DeSantis, Sr.; beloved daughter of the late William and Pearl Van Alstine; devoted mother of Paul DeSantis, Jr. and Connie (Richard) Sullivan (nee: DeSantis); cherished grandmother of Timothy Sullivan, Erin Blount, Christian Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan, Nathan DeSantis, and Katie DeSantis; treasured great-grandmother of Dylan Sullivan, Amanda Blount, Adam Blount, Madilynn Sullivan, Nicole Ayala, and Bryon Ayala; dear sister of Gerald (Betty) Van Alstine. She is preceded in death by her brothers Bob Van Alstine, Gene Van Alstine, and Alfred Van Alstine and best friend Eula Mae Van Alstine. She was employed at McDonnell Douglas as an Industrial Engineer.
