Almes L. Freeman

Almes L. Freeman (nee Street), of Chesterfield, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at the age of 95. Loving wife of the late Frederick Paul Freeman; beloved daughter of the late Luther Benjamin and Lucy Ellen Street; devoted mother of Janet (Tom) Ellis, Linda Ettel, and Gary (Katherine) Freeman; proud grandmother of Tracy Bowman, Andrew (Kate) Ellis, Shawn (Brett) Baker, Heather Deranja, Ernie (Nan) Deason, Zack (Kathleen) Freeman, and Cole Freeman; treasured great-grandmother of twelve; and dear sister of Luther Street.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Cletus Street, Roy Street, Leona Street, Inez Williams, Elvis Street, and Idella Cushing.

Almes loved to crochet and bowl. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be remembered for being an amazing, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. Almes was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
