Amanda Ann Jacobs, of Farmington, MO, passed away Friday, December 2, 2022, at the age of 37. Cherished daughter of Bryan and Ann Jacobs; beloved lifetime partner to Robert Hoppes, Jr.; dear sister of Charity (JR Jennings) Jacobs; loving granddaughter of Mary Teder, Joan Jacobs, and George Jacobs; treasured niece of Joan Teder, Rebecca (Alain) Jacobs-Pollez, and Glenn (Crystal) Jacobs. She is also survived by many cousins and friends. Amanda is preceded in death by her grandfather, Urban Teder and aunt, Ellen Marquart.
Amanda graduated from Mizzou in 2007 and went on to earn her master's degree in nurse anesthesia from Webster University. She was currently a well-respected certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) at Parkland Health Center. Amanda was a member of American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and Divers Alert Network. She had a passion for scuba diving which led her to travel all over the world, meeting and inspiring others with her love of adventure. Amanda brought laughter and created friendship with anyone she met. She was an avid photographer and loved to capture her many travel experiences. Amanda was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Amanda's name to Divers Alert Network.
