Loving mother of Tom (Gleneva) Owen, Patricia (Ron) Ard and Ralph (Sue) Owen; cherished grandmother of fifteen grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren. Mrs. Owen is preceded in death by her parents, Homer C. and Anna Bell Farmer St. Clair, husband Frank Owen, brothers, John, Tom and Noel St. Clair and one step grandson, Stacy Liston. Mrs. Owen's interests included sewing, knitting, crocheting and luncheons.
