HOENER, Andrew C., St. Charles, MO, April 29, 2006 age 18, dear son of Robert C. Hoener and Maureen Hoener; dear brother of Katie Newton, Emily Hoener; special friend of Stephanie Long; beloved grandson of Laverne Hoener and the late Papa Joe Kelly. He was our beloved nephew, cousin and a friend to many. Andrew was currently a student at St. Charles Community College and a 2005 Graduate of Francis Howell North. He was a member of the St. Peters Jaycees.
