Andrew Lloyd Darrohn, age 47, passed away on December 26, 2021, at home in St. Peters, MO surrounded by his loving family. Andy was born on Mother’s Day on May 12, 1974, to Lloyd and Susan Darrohn of Baldwinsville, NY. He graduated from C. W. Baker High School in Baldwinsville in 1993 and enlisted in the Army a few days later. After his service, he earned an associate’s degree and began his career as a respiratory therapist, caring for others in hospitals in both Nebraska and Missouri, most recently at St. Josephs SSM.
Andy met his wife, Jodi in 1999 and they married in 2004. They raised three wonderful children together and family meant everything to them. Andy enjoyed all sports, especially playing high school basketball. He was an avid Steelers fan, enjoyed scuba diving, gardening, carpentry, cooking, traveling with family and friends, camping, and anything outdoors.
Andy had a wonderful sense of humor and laughter came often when surrounded by friends and family. Andy will be missed by all who knew and loved him. His spirit lives within us, forever in our hearts.
Andy was predeceased by his grandparents, Richard and Eleanor Darrohn and Willard and Edith Frary. He is survived by his wife and soulmate, Jodi Tausz Darrohn, son, Devon Darrohn, daughter, Katelyn Darrohn, and son, Ryan Darrohn. Also survived by his parents, Lloyd and Susan Darrohn of Clay, NY, one brother, Kenneth (Jodi) Darrohn and their children, Annaleise and Hayden; in-laws, James and Judy Tausz; brother-in-law, Jerrad (Nicole) Tausz and their children, Madden and Raegan Tausz; sister-in-law, Jamie (Michael) Ravnsborg and their children, Nick and Jaden Ravnsborg; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friend to many.
Memorials may be made in Andrew's name to National Brain Tumor society or Voices Against Brain Cancer.
