Anne “Annie” Margaret Smith

Anne “Annie” Margaret Smith, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the age of 68. Beloved daughter of the late Cloyd and Mildred Smith; dear sister of Thomas Smith, and the late Jean Smyth and Robert Smith. Anne is also survived by her loving nephews, as well as her beloved cat Callie.

Anne was a registered nurse, with a career that spanned many years. She began her career in a neonatal unit and worked in many different areas of healthcare. She was a member of Morning Star Church, and found much happiness celebrating her faith with her church group. Anne also liked drawing and arts and crafts, as well as gardening, plants and flowers. Anne was a true nature lover who loved watching the neighborhood birds, and kindly took the time to put out bird feeders. She could also be relied upon to keep track of relatives from previous generations and was considered a kind of family historian.

Anne was a much beloved sister, aunt, and friend. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
