Anthony “Lil Tony” Jerome Lewis, II, was born to the late Anthony Jerome Lewis, Sr. and Tammy Sue Windle-Lewis on May 28, 1980, in St. Louis, MO. He confessed a hope in Jesus Christ at an early age and was baptized under the leadership of the Evangelist, Kevin Rutherford, at West End Church of Christ.
Lil Tony was a professional chef at Michael Jordan’s restaurant in Chicago, IL. He had a passion for cooking. He enjoyed a good meal. Lil Tony had a beautiful smile and was a jokester that brought a smile to all that loved him. He loved reminiscing and would not stop until he made sure you were listening to his stories. He departed this life suddenly on Friday, July 22, 2022. He is preceded in death by his father, Anthony Jerome Lewis, Sr. and Stepfather Joseph Chestnut; grandmother, Emma McNairy; and his best friend, his dog Rosco.
Anthony “Lil Tony” leaves to cherish his love: his mother, Tammy Sue Chestnut, his grandparents Launders & Joyce Wince; his brother, Eric Richardson (Sheena), Shaune (Patty); his sister, Jada Joyce Lewis; stepmother, Mary Ross (Don); aunt, Rosiland Williams; Phyllis Atkinson and Yvonne Taylor, god mothers; Emma Jean (Ricky) Timmons, aunt; Felicia Lewis-Horrey, aunt; Yolanda Wince, aunt; Launders Wince II (Brenda), uncle; Terrence (Lisa), Uncle; Darryl Lewis, uncle; Frank Lewis (Toni), uncle; Allen Lewis (Gertie), uncle; the entire Lewis, Wince, Harris, families, many cousins, uncles, aunts and friends who all loved him.
