Anthony Peter Mers, 82, of St. Peters, MO, passed away on March 12, 2020 in St. Charles, MO.
Private Visitation on Wednesday, March 18, 4-8pm, will be at Baue Cave Springs in St. Charles, MO.
Anthony was born on July 20, 1937 to Joseph and Helen Mers. He worked as a proud Carpenter for McDonnell Douglas/The Boeing Company for 36 years. He was a big time Cardinals Baseball fan, loved to dance with his wife Sharon, and had fun bowling. Anthony was a loving husband to Sharon Mers for 55 years and a loving father to Julia Mers (Raymond Navarro). He was a wonderful brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.
Anthony is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Helen Mers and the following family members, Joseph (Elaine) Mers, John (Carol) Mers, Jim (Carol) Mers, Alois Mers, Tim Mers, Mary Magdeline Mers, Joan Mers, Larry Rumpsa, Bill Kuelker, Frank Ruder, and Lee Emberton.
Anthony is survived by Helen Emberton, Kathleen Ruder, Jean Kuelker and Bernadine Rumpsa.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Heart Association.
