Arlene S. Roth

Arlene S. Roth (nee Drosselmeyer), of St Charles, Missouri, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the age of 101. Loving wife of the late Chester E. Roth; beloved daughter of the late Enoch and Alvina Drosselmeyer; devoted mother of Gene (Carolyn) Roth, Sr. and the late Sharon Lovall; cherished grandmother of Gene Roth, Jr., Patrick Roth, and Merrit (Scott) Manier; treasured great-grandmother of Steven Manier and Justin Manier; dear sister of the late Dorothy Drosselmeyer. 

Arlene worked as an aerospace fabricator for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing for more than 22 years before she retired.  She enjoyed the outdoors and loved working in her yard and tending to her roses.  She enjoyed sewing and quilting in her free time.  She also volunteered at the Senior Center, where she also joined the quilting group who met weekly.  

Arlene was a wonderful caregiver, and she was always willing to take care of her family.  More than anything, she loved spending time with her grandchildren, and loved to bake cookies for them. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

Memorial contributions may be made in Arlene's name to Alzheimer's Association.
