Arleta Lynn (White) Briner, 72, of Troy MO, died March 18, 2024.
She was born in Dayton, Ohio to Roderick and Alberta (Brewer) White and grew up in Bridgeton, MO attending St. Mary’s, St. Lawrence the Martyr and St. Thomas Aquinas. Arleta attended Central Missouri State College (now University of Central Missouri) earning a degree in Elementary Education. She met her husband, Kenneth Briner there and they were married at the college upon graduation. She used that degree to teach and educate in places like Korea and Germany. Eventually she went into administration as Director of Child Services at Langley Air Force Base and finishing her career as a Program Operations Specialist at Fort Meyer in Virginia.
Arleta was preceded in death by her mother, Alberta, her father, Roderick, her stepmother Barbara White, beloved grandparents, aunts and uncles and is survived by her husband of 50 years Kenneth, her sister Marcia (Raymond) Ciolek, sister-in-law Judie Briner, nephew Raymond and nieces Danielle and Jessica.
