Arnold Townsend

Townsend, Arnold, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, November 19, 2010 at the age of 80. Loving husband of Arlene Townsend NEE: Roux; beloved son of the late John and Virginia Townsend; devoted father of Diane (Tim) Philipp, Keith (Joyce) Townsend, Leslie (Bart) Schmidt, Gerald (Pam) Townsend; cherished grandfather of Kristen, Amy, Bryan, Brett, Michael, Samantha, Alex, Alan, Jennifer, Scott, Mark, Jason, Jarred, Clayton, Andrew, and great-grandfather of Nicholas and Kennedy; dear brother-in-law of Norma (Eugene) Stirnaman. He is preceded in death by his brothers Richard Townsend and Ralph Townsend. Mr. Townsend proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
