Arthur Bergantz III

Bergantz III, Arthur, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the age of 69. Loving husband of Brenda M. Bergantz; beloved son of the late Arthur, Jr. and Katherine Bergantz; devoted father of Todd (Jennifer) Bergantz; cherished grandfather of Gwendolyn Joy Bergantz born August 2013; dear brother of  Katherine (Robert) Gliem, Anna (William) Balentine, and Ellen (Daniel) Hunter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Before retiring, Arthur was a partner at Code Consultants, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri, a Fire Protection Engineer for the state of Tennessee in Nashville, and he taught Fire Science Technology at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio.
Arthur was a life member of the NRA, and Benchrest Rifle Club, where he served on the board of directors for over 20 years. He was also a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, and he was the owner/operator of A and B Vending Inc., and Art's Firearms Repair.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, American Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation.
