Barbara Ann Anzalone

Barbara Ann Anzalone (nee Hixson), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the age of 78. Loving wife of the late Gordon Anzalone; beloved daughter of the late Walter and Erin (nee Molloy) Hixson. Devoted mother of Robert Anzalone and Gary Anzalone and his wife Angela (nee Saputo); cherished grandmother of Isabella Anzalone, Gianni Anzalone, and Luca Anzalone; treasured sister to Charles (Sue) Hixson, Doug (Donna) Hixson, Erin (the late Jim) Mossinghoff and the late James Hixson; admired aunt, cousin & friend; adored human to her dogs Rita and Gigi.

Barbara was a dedicated sports mom and an educated St. Louis sports fan. She often kept her own score card during Cardinal games and when it came to her beloved St. Louis Blues, she never missed a game and could talk hockey details with the best of them. Barbara was an avid and successful Bingo player. Barbara never met a dog that she did not love, nor a dog that did not love her back.
