Barbara Cummings

Barbara June Cummings, 86, Born August 4, 1934. God's special angel went to be with our Lord Jesus on May 31, 2021. She has joined her beloved husband of 63 years, the late John C. Cummings, her parents, John and Beulah McColgan, her sisters, Joan (Jim) Smith, Jean (Bill) Marglous, and Shirley (Joe) Lucz in heaven. She leaves precious and loving memories in the hearts and minds of her 4 children, Mike (Becky), Dan (Cheri), Karen (Billy) Clift, Tina (Mark) Alexander, 7 adoring grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren and her special friends Rita Ohmes, Ken Leber, and Don Williams.

Barbara was kind and compassionate and was loved dearly by all that knew her. She was called "Mom by many of her children's friends and many of the students that rode her buses. She was a school bus driver for 36 years in the Ft. Zumwalt School District. She was a member of the VFW Post #5077 Women's Auxiliary. When asked to provide advice to kids her response was "Get your education, stay away from drugs, think before you act, respect your elders, and be kind to everyone." Well said mom! We love and miss you!
