Barbara E. “Barb” Naeger

Barbara E. 'Barb' Naeger (nee: Brendle) of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the age of 75. Beloved wife of the late Gary F. Naeger, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Lawrence W. and Esther M.  Brendle; devoted mother of Gary (Gladys) Naeger, Jr., Leslie (Russ) Rogers, Lisa (Keith) Colley, Lonnie (Jim) Shanley, and Lea (John) Gerdes; loving grandmother of , Eric (Sarah) Rogers, Katie (Nik) Girse, Sean (Emily) Rogers, Jacob Riley (Sam), Jessie Riley (Collette), Kelsey (Steve) Taylor, Karla (Matt) Niederhauser, Devin (Debora) Shanley, Lauren Shanley, Corey Naeger, Kathlyn Johnson, Seth Rogers, Becca Gerdes, Karmen Colley, Luke Colley, Xander Gerdes, Zoe Shanley, Josie Gerdes, and Zachary Shanley; treasured great-grandmother of eighteen; loving companion of dog, Sugar.
Barb was a walking miracle. She received a double lung transplant in 2002. She was a member of the Jaycees. Some of Barb's hobbies included crocheting, gardening and playing/hosting Bunco. She was an avid reader and loved musicals and live theatre. She never knew a stranger and loved her family most of all. Barb was very generous and touched so many lives. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
